Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High

Have you ever found yourself in a conversation with two or more people that you did not know how to manage your way through? Did opinions vary? Were the stakes high? Did emotions run strong? In this Lunch and Learn, presenter Tony Ricks will review the following skills from the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High:

  • Make it Safe: How to Make it Safe to Talk about Almost Anything

This program will be held on May 29, 2019, at the PSECU Headquarters, 1500 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, 17110.  This program is free to CAPHRA members and $5.00 for guests.  The program starts promptly at 12:00 PM and will end at 1:00 PM. PSECU is graciously providing a complimentary lunch for all participants; visitor parking is available free of charge onsite.  Registration is available here and closes Tuesday, May 21.
