CAPHRA Spring Conference
CAPHRA’s Spring Conference was held on May 1. The theme for this all-day conference was “Skigility: Skills for an Agile Future”. “Skigility” is a made-up word that combines two key concepts for this year’s conference - skills and agility.  This conference focused on the skills that our community of HR professionals need so that we are able to adapt to the changing demands on the HR community. Changes may be attributed to downsizing and absorbing a new job, changing your career to gain skills, or just trying to find a way to stay employable, etc. Click here for more information: 2012 CAPHRA Spring Conference.
