Due to PSECU’s contract with SODEXHO, no outside food or drink is permitted at this event. Therefore, PSECU will provide a complimentary catered lunch (sandwiches, tossed salad, chips, cookies, and bottled water) for ALL participants, which will begin at 11:45 AM.

PSECU Headquarters security will require you to show ID to enter. For those with a Commonwealth ID you only need to show the ID and sign in. For non-Commonwealth employees please show a state-issued identification and you’ll receive a visitor’s badge.
Cancellation Policy:
We get it; things happen and plans change. However, as registrations determine the amount of food prepared, please kindly notify CAPHRA of your need to cancel before the stated cutoff date. If your need to cancel occurs after the cutoff date, we appreciate it if you find someone who can fill your seat. Keep in mind, non-members attending on behalf of a member will still need to pay the non-member price.

Save the date for this program featuring Alicia Petross, Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement for The Hershey Company.  Get beyond the basic Heritage Month to truly create an inclusive work environment.  Our presenter will describe the steps and key partnerships created to build and execute a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy.  Attendees will learn practical steps and insights that continue to take The Hershey Company to new levels of diversity, inclusiveness, belonging, and engagement. 
About our Presenter:

Alicia (AJ) Petross is the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Diversity and Inclusion for The Hershey Company. A member of the Human Resources Leadership Team since December 2015, she leads the development and execution of Hershey’s talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion strategies. Alicia partners with key internal and external leaders to develop more innovation and robustness in Hershey’s global climate and inclusion programming. Externally, Alicia expands Hershey’s partnership framework and represents the company in key industry commitments, including Paradigm for Parity, CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion, and the National Organization on Disability Look Closer Campaign.  In 2019, Hershey ranked #25 on the DiversityInc Top 50 list, and earned its fifth consecutive 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index.

Alicia has more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience. She joined Hershey from the Target Corporation, where she played a key role in advancing and executing inclusion and engagement strategy and led the company’s ascension to the Top 20 in the Diversity Inc. Top 50 Companies for Diversity rankings. Prior to joining Target, Alicia held various jobs including Store Team Leader at the Dayton Hudson Corporation – where she was the first African American woman to hold this position.
